For many people in China, tea has become an indispensable part of life. Tea culture also
Since I began to learn the tea culture in China, I was deeply impressed by its exquisiteness and beauty. I want to share some charms of China tea culture.
In a country with a history of 5,000 years, the habit of drinking tea in China can be traced back to the Tang Dynasty (6 18-907AD). This has become a national tradition and led to the development of a subtle tea drinking ceremony. For centuries, poets and artists in China have written many amazing masterpieces to express their appreciation of tea and China people's eternal love for drinking tea. One of the most famous writers is Lu Yu, who is called "Cha Sheng" because he wrote the first book about tea. In his classic works, he introduced his research on tea in detail, such as the origin of tea, tea tools, tea picking, tea cooking, tea ceremony and famous areas where tea is planted. The valuable knowledge he recorded laid the foundation for the development of modern tea culture.
There are five different types of tea according to the way tea is processed. They are: green tea, black tea, oolong tea, pressed tea and scented tea. Among them, foreigners may be familiar with green tea. Longjing tea in green tea enjoys a high reputation.
