What does rural governance include?

The rural revitalization law includes the relevant laws and regulations on the revitalization of rural industries, rural talents, rural culture, rural ecology and rural organizations.

Article 1 This Law is formulated in order to fully implement the rural revitalization strategy, promote the all-round upgrading of agriculture, the all-round progress of rural areas and the all-round development of farmers, accelerate the modernization of agriculture and rural areas, and comprehensively build a socialist modernized country.

Article 2 This Law is applicable to the overall implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the promotion of rural industries, talents, culture, ecology and organizations, and the integration of urban and rural development. The term "village" as mentioned in this Law refers to a regional complex with natural, social and economic characteristics and multiple functions such as production, life, ecology and culture, including towns and villages.

Article 3 To promote rural revitalization, we should make overall plans to promote rural economic construction, political construction, cultural construction, social construction, ecological civilization construction and party building in accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity, ecological livability, rural civilization, effective governance and affluent life, and give full play to the unique functions of rural areas in ensuring the supply of agricultural products and food security, protecting the ecological environment and inheriting and developing the excellent traditional culture of the Chinese nation.
