Long hours, poor environment and monotonous work also make workers generally anxious and irritable.

"There are basically no workers under the age of 30 in our company." My old friend told me that workers in their forties and fifties account for the majority. Although they earn more money than before, young people don't want to get up early and get greedy for the dark like their parents, and eat and drink Lazar on the construction site. "More money alone will not solve their lack of motivation."
