Legal analysis: the subjects of copyright include: I. Rights holders: 1. authors; 2. other citizens, legal persons or other organizations that enjoy copyright in accordance with this law. Second, the successor: refers to the person who acquires by gift, inheritance, bequest and other means of succession. The object of copyright is works, including works in the fields of literature, art and science. The content of copyright is mainly the rights and obligations of the copyright holder.

Article 9 The copyright holders include: (1) authors; (2) other natural persons, legal persons or unincorporated organizations enjoying copyright in accordance with this Law.

Article 10: Copyright includes the following personal and property rights: (1) the right to publish, i.e., the right to decide whether a work is to be made public or not; (2) the right to sign, i.e., the right to indicate the author's identity and to sign his name to a work; (3) the right to modify, i.e., the right to modify or authorize others to modify a work; (4) the right to protect the integrity of a work, i.e., the right to protect a work from distortion or alteration; (5) the right of reproduction. The right to make one or more copies of a work by printing, copying, topography, sound recording, video recording, ripping, remaking, digitizing, etc.; (6) the right of distribution, i.e., the right to make available to the public the original or a copy of a work by way of sale or gift; (7) the right of rental, i.e., the right to grant a license to others to use temporarily the audiovisual work, the original or a copy of computer software for a fee, except for the case where computer software is not the main subject matter of the rental. (viii) Exhibition right, i.e. the right to publicly display the original or a copy of a work of art or a photographic work; (ix) Performance right, i.e. the right to perform a work in public, or to broadcast a performance of a work in public by various means; (x) Screening right, i.e. the right to reproduce a work of art, a photographic work or an audiovisual work in public by means of technical equipment such as a projector or slide projector, etc; (xi) Broadcasting right, i.e. the right to publicly disseminate or retransmit a work of art, photography, audiovisual work by wire (xi) The right to broadcast, i.e. the right to publicly communicate or retransmit works by wired or wireless means, as well as the right to communicate broadcast works to the public by means of loudspeakers or other similar means of transmitting symbols, voices or images, but excluding the right stipulated in item 12 of this paragraph; (xii) The right of dissemination through information networks, i.e. the right to make available to the public by means of wired or wireless means, so as to enable the public to have access to the works at the time and place of their choice; (xiii) The right of filmmaking (xiii) the right of cinematography, i.e. the right to fix the work on a carrier by means of cinematography; (xiv) the right of adaptation, i.e. the right to change the work to create a new work of originality; (xv) the right of translation, i.e. the right to convert the work from one language into another; (xvi) the right of compilation, i.e. the right to assemble the work or parts of the work, by selecting or arranging, into a new work; (xvii) the right of compilation, i.e. the right of compilation, i.e. the right of compilation, i.e. the right to select or arrange the work to form a new work (xvii) other rights that should be enjoyed by the copyright owner.
