Black foreign pastry (Chinese traditional cake)

Make black cakes.
1. Sieve the low-gluten flour, add the powdered sugar and mix well.
2. Cut the unsalted butter into small pieces, add it to the flour, and knead it slowly with your fingers until it becomes sand-like.
3. Add the egg yolk and continue to knead until it becomes smooth dough.
4. Put the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

7. Fold the crust in half and press it on the edge with a fork.
Baked black cake
1. Preheat the oven to 180℃.
2. Put the prepared black West Point into the baking tray.
3. Put the baking tray in the oven and bake 15-20 minutes until the surface is golden.
4. Take out the baked black west point and put it on the baking net to cool.
