How to make tomato pasta (simple version)?
Put spaghetti in boiling water (add a spoonful of salt to boiling water) and cook until it is soft.
Drain the cooked spaghetti, add a little olive oil and mix well.
Heat the pan with a little olive oil, stir-fry onions and garlic, and add spaghetti sauce (I used spaghetti sauce with garlic and onions, but fresh onions and garlic are more fragrant. If the pasta sauce used does not contain these two seasonings, after the olive oil is heated, add the minced garlic and onion and stir-fry until fragrant, and then add the pasta sauce.
Add spaghetti sauce according to personal taste. I added three tablespoons here. I also like to add canned tuna or fried salmon slices.
Stir the spaghetti back and forth and mix well with the spaghetti sauce (you can add a little salt here if it tastes heavy). Sprinkle some dried parsley, it will smell better.
