I. Background of the event
Respecting and loving the elderly is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. The ninth day of the ninth lunar month is the Double Ninth Festival in China, also known as the Festival for the Elderly. In order to carry forward the traditional virtues of the Chinese nation, enhance students' sense of social responsibility, promote the construction of campus culture and show the spiritual outlook of our students, our school decided to carry out a series of activities of "loving, respecting and helping the elderly" throughout the school.
