The disadvantages of chemistry to life

Recently, everyone has paid more attention to the field of chemistry and talked about many chemical problems. In fact, these problems are not necessarily unique to chemistry, and other units may exist, but they are not discussed. In my opinion, the root of chemical problems (which can be said to be disadvantages) lies in the failure to straighten out labor relations, and other problems are superficial phenomena.

From the perspective of personnel structure and nature of work, there are essential differences between chemical branch and other branches, which are mainly reflected in three aspects: more female employees, more types of equipment and more major hazards. Because these three points are different from other branches, it is naturally impossible to adopt the same method as other branches. Because there are more female workers in chemistry, most of the work in chemistry is female workers, which means that female workers and male workers do the same work. Of course, this is a matter of course in operation, but there are some problems in maintenance. Maintenance work is different from operation, and there may be a lot of manual work, which is more difficult for female employees. Of course, most manual labor must be done by male employees, which reflects the style of mutual assistance of chemical employees, but it is also possible that female employees have higher positions than male employees! This is normal in operation, but there are problems in maintenance. Not to discriminate against female employees, but considering that male employees have more jobs and lower positions than female employees, who wants to? Who is convinced? This has caused the root of disharmony in maintenance.

There are many kinds of equipment and many defects, but not everyone can be a generalist in just a few jobs. Chemistry includes pumps, dosing pump, storage tanks, hydrogen production equipment and instruments. So many things are flawed. That's easy to say. If we draw or fill in a step now, who will do the chores? No matter which employee is asked to do it, it belongs to work outside the post. Are these employees working for nothing or paying them? Work for nothing, often for nothing, who wants to? Is it appropriate to pay? In the long run, the end result is that people who work are always doing, and people who don't work are always watching. The end result is that everyone has opinions, people who work have opinions, and people who don't work also have opinions (I have never understood this, and I have opinions when I don't work, but I can't do it). Finally, they all quit. If that person idles around, there will always be some friction.

Don't even bother to talk about major hazards, there are people in charge. Unfortunately, they are always criticized by the factory, and their work performance can be seen.

Because of these problems, is there no problem with chemical energy? Besides, the chemistry director is actually an army of one person. No matter how good he is, I'm afraid he can't straighten these things out.

When can people who work be willing to work and those who don't work be willing to work slowly, then chemistry can be done well (it is unlikely at present). Otherwise, chemistry will get worse in the end.
