? Today's city drama inheritance center is named after the successful application of Changsha ancient painting drama (Xiangdong Road) in earlier years. It is also named the City Art Theatre, which is actually a merger of the former City Song and Dance Troupe (hereinafter referred to as "City Song") and the Ancient Painting Troupe.

? I was assigned to "City Song" as a student on August 20th, 1996. At that time, most of the students in Zhuzhou Normal School 1 class joined this group, as well as nearly 30 graduates from Hengyang Art School and Changde Art School. Among these students, due to the limitation of the establishment at that time, the enrollment procedures were divided into two batches. Some students went through the admission formalities that year, and I joined the second batch in May 1998.

This is one of the few large-scale talent introduction of "City Song" since 1959 was founded. This move was highly valued by the then deputy secretary of the municipal party Committee, and also received strong support from the municipal cultural director and relevant departments.

? (1) Join the League

In order to make the freshmen have a good study and living environment, the group has held many team meetings to discuss and discuss many issues such as management and education after students join the group. The first is to solve the accommodation problem of students. After the adjustment of the regimental headquarters, some students were arranged to live in tube-shaped buildings (then office buildings), while others were arranged to live in a small number of embryo rooms and suites reserved in advance by the regimental headquarters. There are two students living in a tube-shaped building and four to five students living in a suite. In this way, the students' housing problem was finally solved smoothly.

Food is the most important thing for people. Next is how to solve the problem of three meals a day for so many students. At the group meeting, Comrade Kong Lingjie, then the group leader, made the final decision. In the case that the group's financial funds were not plentiful, he gave special funds and recruited two workers. After years of simple repairs, the canteen resumed operation. At first, it was only a symbolic three yuan meal, and later it rose to five yuan. While repairing the canteen, we also repaired the bathhouse, rehearsal hall, public toilet and other infrastructure that has not been used for many years. Generally speaking, although the living environment at that time was a bit crude, the students had a fixed residence and had no worries about three meals.

In order to solve the daily management problems of students, the group formally appointed two teachers, the band leader Deng Heping and the dance teacher Mo Guangzhou, to be responsible for managing our daily rehearsal and life respectively, and to eat and live with us for a long time. The two teachers also did their duty and managed our life and study in an orderly way. ? At that time, students had to sign in on time every morning and have an early meeting. The two responsible persons arranged the work and study tasks for the day respectively. If students can't attend the morning meeting because of personal matters, they have to ask for leave and get permission to go.

In business study, the Group arranged corresponding professional tutors for all students and encouraged them to participate in various business trainings in their spare time. For a long time, when there is no performance in the group, they are responsible for business leadership, arrange senior teachers in the group, and regularly organize collective training for students: literary theory, stage performance, basic music theory, etc. Sometimes the group will invite some famous people in the city to give you various classes. Now that I think about it, the team leader at that time took great pains for our growth.

At that time, there was an unwritten rule in the group: as long as it did not affect the work, students were allowed to perform in the nightclub (ballroom) at that time through proper channels; I also acquiesce in activities such as rewarding art teaching; These humanized decisions in the group provide students with more opportunities for social practice and more space for activities, and also lay a good social foundation for students to gradually integrate into society.

(2) Military training

? Less than a month after being assigned to the regiment, the regiment organized all freshmen to receive a week-long military training (writing training for short) in an artillery regiment in Zhuzhou County.

During military training, eat, live, travel and all other activities. They are all arranged by the army. From getting up at six in the morning to going to bed at nine in the evening, all activities are arranged in an orderly way. Military training programs: from housekeeping to queue and formation training; From learning to salute to rifle shooting; From polite language to code of conduct, it can be said to be all-encompassing.

According to the instructor's unified deployment, the students practiced in a proper way, but three days later, a decent "new army of literature and art" marched neatly and shouted a unified slogan, which was greeted by the leaders in charge of the cultural front in the city. At the same time, the leaders also delivered warm speeches. One of the original words is: ... I haven't seen you for three days, and I will be impressed. Then they took a group photo as a souvenir and encouraged the students.

Under the arrangement of the leaders of the regiment, and in order to thank the leaders of the army for their care and care and the hard work of the instructors, on the last day of military training, the students presented colorful cultural programs for all the officers and men of the army. The officers and men were fascinated by the wonderful performances on the stage and moved by the students' performances. All good things must come to an end. I was going back to the regiment that night. At the moment of parting, the tutor and the students embraced each other and said goodbye with tears.

? To tell the truth, being able to participate in this military training is also a rare experience in my life. The concept of military life really brought a lot of influence to my later work and life. This rigorous military lifestyle has greatly enhanced my essence, spirit and spirit, which is unforgettable so far.

(3) small family

? In the group, I moved many times, from a suite for four people to a tube-shaped building for two people. When I moved to a small single room, it was already the fourth year of work, and finally I had my own little world. In my small room, I was poor at that time. I didn't have a decent ornament or household appliances. It was even hotter in summer, so I had to ask my parents for some money and bought a single-cooling air conditioner. My bed was borrowed from Mr. Stetson, and the tables and chairs were also presented by some old comrades.

? Later, I borrowed some money from my friend Yonggui, bought a second-hand color TV and moved a surround sound system from my hometown, and then I carefully arranged it. In this way, I bid farewell to many years of social life. Although the sparrow is small and complete, a decent, independent and warm single home is completed.

In order to let the singletons cook by themselves during the break in the canteen, the group set up a row of small short rooms on the edge of the big rehearsal field. As a public kitchen, three or five friends with good relationships cook together first. Later, because of different tastes, I basically had a set of cooking equipment and started my own business independently. I think it's quite interesting now, and my cooking was developed at that time.

After living in a single dormitory for seven years, the collective life is beautiful and unforgettable. In this group as my home, I learned to live, to tolerate and to understand. The seven-year life of the Song and Dance Troupe has my beautiful memories and is also the wealth of my life.

? (4) Teaching

? I got my first financial salary 2 18 yuan after joining the league. I was very excited at that time. I have been in Zhuzhou for many years, and I have finally achieved a positive result. Excitement is followed by disappointment, because this salary can't make an adult survive in the city at all. For a long time, my parents sent me money every month to subsidize my life. Therefore, many students who joined the League in the same batch abandoned their posts to find another way out and left the League. Because I am a rural registered permanent residence, I have nowhere to go, and I can only start my second career-art teaching by the golden signboard of my unit.

God won't close one door, but he will open another. At first, I trained bamboo flute at my alma mater (Zhuzhou Teachers College). In the first issue, I recruited more than a dozen students. In this way, I have formed an indissoluble bond with art training, and the more students I bring, the better, which has continued until now. I still remember clearly that my first small class student was recommended to me by an old member of the group, Zhao Minghua. Mr. Zhao is a warm-hearted man, and I still remember his help to me.

(5) Running ground

In the late 1990s, karaoke culture in Zhuzhou was very popular. As an actor of a professional troupe, it was also an honor to have the opportunity to run in the karaoke bars (walking holes). Because I was young and had little life experience, it was difficult for me to have the opportunity to run and see other comrades in the troupe feel at home in the karaoke bars. I was also envious.

? On one occasion, Wang Yonggang, the host of the team gold medal, fell ill and was hospitalized. I brought some fruit to visit. At that time, Mr. Wang was very moved and felt that the young man was very sensible. After leaving the hospital, Mr. Wang recommended me to be a guest performer in a famous karaoke bar at that time. I was very happy at that time and thanked Mr. Wang for his kind interview. In order to be a better guest performer, I created a unique folk music ensemble. In this way, my karaoke performance career traveled all over the major karaoke bars in Zhuzhou, which lasted for ten years until the decline of karaoke culture.

(6) Going to the countryside

At that time, the biggest difference between the rural performances at that time and the rural performances now was that the cooperative units invited them to sell tickets, and the income was divided into businesses in proportion, that is, commercial performances. According to the situation, actors can get corresponding performance fees, but it is very hard for them to load and unload the stage themselves. Sometimes, in order to save money, actors do it themselves, sell vegetables and cook, and comrades are happy to eat their own meals. This kind of performance experience is hard for young actors to imagine now.

? At that time, the performances were generally in the form of literary evenings, and the programs were also colorful, including vocal music, dance, instrumental music, sketches, opera and so on. There are single performances and multiple performances, sometimes in one place and sometimes in another place, with a maximum of four performances a day. I remember the longest performance was 2 1 day, with dozens of performances.

When performing in some hard places, we often meet some spectators who don't buy tickets. In this case, in order to defend our dignity, our staff (actors) often have physical conflicts with them, and it is common for actors to get injured. Every time this happens, the local police station comes forward to mediate and things can be solved.

(7) Mentor

In the league, comrades older than themselves (generally more than five years older) are regarded as teachers to show respect and address them kindly. Mr. Duo Helin was my flute teacher when I was studying in Zhuzhou Normal University, and she was also the professional guidance teacher assigned to me after I joined the League, also known as the master. I have always respected Master. No matter in school or in life, they are always customer-oriented.

Master not only taught me bamboo flute skills, but also learned tolerance and friendliness from him. My husband has given me meticulous care in my life and is a noble person in my life.

In order to complete my career development, after I joined the League, Master seldom played the flute and gave me a stage. When Zhuzhou Musicians' Association was about to establish the Bamboo Flute Society, Master strongly recommended me to be elected president and honorary president of the Society again. Master is so virtuous and indifferent to fame and fortune, and Mr. Wang's character is well-known in the industry.

(8) Conclusion

"Zhuge" has too many memories and can remember too little. Accompanied by my continuous growth, excellent and rigorous stage tradition, the touching story of the troupe, the "Zhuge" people's incomparable sincerity to the party, their infinite love for the motherland, their persistent and enthusiastic pursuit of art, and their spring-like warmth to their comrades ... all these have already melted into the blood of "Zhuge".
