Common types and characteristics of yoga
In the word hatha, ha means the sun, while tha means the moon. Hatha yoga believes that the human body includes two systems, one is the mental system; One is the body system. 2. Mobile Yoga
Heart yoga, some people call it "heart yoga". From the west, it is a mixture of hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga. Its teaching and difficulty are somewhere in between. Features: The primary level of running water yoga is similar to hatha yoga, which is suitable for ordinary people to practice. The difficulty of intermediate level and above is gradually increasing, which is to prepare for practicing eight yoga in the future, so beginners are not recommended to practice this kind of yoga.
Note: the movement arrangement of walking yoga is continuous and smooth, and people with poor physical strength can take a short rest in the middle to save their physical strength. 3. High temperature yoga

Bikram yoga is very strict with the venue and temperature. Practitioners should practice 26 basic postures in a high temperature environment above 38℃, and they will sweat profusely after 10 minutes.
Benefits: Bikram yoga has a good effect on losing weight, detoxifying and shaping the body. It is a popular innovative practice method at present.
Suitable for: people who are healthy, have no serious illness and hidden dangers, and want to lose weight and detoxify. People suffering from heart disease, hypertension, serious eye and ear diseases, diabetes, recovery from a serious illness and parturient within three months are not suitable for exercise.
Going to the gym often is more acceptable to people who pay attention to exercise. If you seldom exercise, it is recommended to choose carefully. You can try it first and see if your body can accept it.
Features: Sweating can take away the toxins on the body surface and purify the nervous system. Traditional hatha yoga and Ashtanga yoga make practitioners sweat a lot in posture, so as to achieve the purpose of discharging garbage from the body. The high temperature environment in Bikram yoga replaces a lot of high-intensity exercise, and ordinary people will sweat even if they don't do any exercise. Many stars rely on Bikram yoga to lose weight. In China, more and more people try this yoga system. At normal temperature, muscles and tendons are stiff, but at high temperature, you will find that your body is surprisingly flexible, which will make you confident in yourself. This is also a major feature of Bikram Yoga.
Note: If you have symptoms such as excessive sweating, dehydration, nausea, fatigue and abdominal pain, please stop practicing immediately and go out for air. If the symptoms still do not improve after several attempts, it means that your constitution is not suitable for this yoga system, and it is recommended to choose another yoga system.
Bring towels and water when practicing. Don't take a shower immediately after practice. When the sweat is dry and the pores shrink (about 40 minutes later), it is more conducive to discharging toxins.
4. Inanga Yoga
Iyengar was sickly since childhood. He first practiced hatha yoga to keep fit, and once reached a high level. Suitable for: people with hard body, patients and people recovering after operation. Many people have recovered their health by practicing Iyengar yoga, but if they have no patience, they will feel too bored.
Features: All kinds of dazzling auxiliary props are the biggest difference between Iyengar yoga and traditional yoga. There are many postures that need to be done with wood blocks, benches, sandbags, blankets, pillows, cloth belts and other auxiliary tools, which can also increase the range of movements. Features: increase vitality, reduce facial wrinkles, and produce natural "lifting" effect. Improve eyesight and hearing: Normal eyesight and hearing mainly depend on good blood circulation and nerve transmission in eyes and ears.
Note: Warm-up is very important. Don't do difficult movements at first to avoid sports injuries. It is best to do some yoga warm-up exercises first, step by step. When practicing, you must keep the room relatively quiet, practice barefoot, and the sequence of actions is not fixed. You should do whatever you want, as long as you keep your breath steady and your mind at peace.
