How to practice internal force
Internal training methods
1. Internal cultivation has three elements, namely, regulating body, regulating qi and regulating heart. Among them, pranayama refers to the adjustment of breathing. Martial arts proverb says, "Being soft is rigid, and being able to breathe is rigid". The breathing method in dantian is extremely simple. When inhaling, the lower abdomen bulges naturally, when exhaling, the navel and lower abdomen retract, and then stick them on the life gate.
2. Shoulder and hip are the root joints of a person's body in internal boxing. Xingyiquan is known as the "six in one", in which the outer three joints are "shoulder-hip joint, elbow-knee joint and hand-foot joint". Those who can make the outer three joints are easy to kill people, especially the shoulder-hip joint.
3. This method requires the shoulder (scapula) to form a vertical circle in the order of upward, forward, downward and backward, downward and backward when inhaling and upward and forward when exhaling. Never ignore "the shoulder is not flexible and the force is not connected".
Strictly speaking, the opening and closing steps of hands also include the opening and closing of feet. Like shoulder-hip opening and closing, the opening and closing of the lower plate is hidden, and the opening and closing of the upper plate is obvious. When inhaling and protruding the abdomen, the Laogong point in the palm of your hand should have the meaning of internal suction, and so should the spring of your feet and your heart. At this point, one's five fingers (toes) should have the meaning of internal buckle and scraping; When sticking to the abdomen after exhaling, one's labor palace and spring should have the strength to spit it out.
5. According to the traditional Qigong theory, opening and closing hands (feet) can quickly open the labor palace, practice breaking bricks and stones, and hit the palm force of a small star with a face injury. Personally, I think this is the key to cultivate people from external use to internal use, develop people's potential and achieve excellent results.
The highest state of internal work is called "knowing the body", which means "the body itself knows the movement of Qi". To put it more bluntly, it is called "opening the second pulse of Ren Du". This statement is not unreasonable. People who study Chinese medicine have all studied acupoints, and there is a formula about the sequence and time of qi and blood running in human body.
