Introduction of Quanzhou Folk Lantern

The Lantern Festival in Quanzhou began in the Tang Dynasty and flourished in the Song Dynasty. On the night of the fifteenth day of the first month, the scene of lanterns is very spectacular, which is the best in the world. Xie Tiao of Amin Dynasty once lamented that "the world is in Yuan Dynasty, and a hundred flowers blossom, which is nothing more than Fujian". Burning flowers refers to lanterns. Quanzhou Lantern is a wonderful flower of Minnan folk arts and crafts. It has a long history and is rich and colorful.
