What are the artistic characteristics of Gayard dance?
The music rhythm of this dance is 32, 34, 68 beats, which is a traditional Italian dance, popular in European countries with its unique happy and lively style. In the beginning, it was welcomed by college students, and along with the emergence of various melodies of the Gayarde, the dance movements were gradually formed and standardized. Gayard dance is also known as five-step dance or Roman dance, which consists of five basic movements, i.e., four small steps plus a jump, and after the small jump, a pause is formed, and then, the dance starts from the other foot.
