After all the dough is rolled out, we put a proper amount of sweet potato stuffing on the dough, tighten the opening like steamed bread, and then flatten it by hand to form a round cake.

Turn the pan to low heat and brush the vegetable oil evenly. After the oil is heated, add the cake blank, cover it and bake for 2 minutes until the color around the cake changes and the bottom turns yellow. Turn it over and bake for two minutes. Turn it over when the other side is golden. This often turns the two sides of the cake upside down and bakes it for about 5 minutes until the two sides of the cake turn golden brown.
