How is menstruation, backache and foot pain?

It should be dysmenorrhea.

Dysmenorrhea is a common and frequently-occurring disease with unbearable abdominal pain or lumbosacral pain and discomfort before or after menstruation. There are two kinds: primary and secondary. Primary dysmenorrhea is also called functional dysmenorrhea, and Chinese medicine calls it "menstrual abdominal pain"!

The etiology of primary dysmenorrhea is not completely clear, which may be caused by mental stress, poor health, uterine ischemia caused by uterine spasmodic contraction or menstrual blood retention caused by uterine deviation; Uterine dysplasia, uterine muscle fiber tissue imbalance and other factors. Secondary dysmenorrhea is mostly caused by endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, tumor and other diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that it is caused by stagnation of qi and blood, qi stagnation and blood stasis, and dystrophy of uterus. Cold condenses in the cell, and damp heat pours down. Deficiency of liver and kidney makes menstruation stagnate, and if it fails, it hurts.

According to different symptoms and qualitative differences, traditional medicine regulates blood and relieves pain, and usually treats diseases based on syndrome differentiation, so that qi and blood flow smoothly and the pain heals itself.
