Chinese folk music has a long history compared to western music, and the production is not as troublesome as western music. For example, the pipa and xiao of folk music are comparable to the piano of western music, and some instruments in western music can only be played when plugged into the electricity, which is much more convenient for folk music. However, there is one thing that is not as good as Western music, that is, the range of folk music is not as wide as Western music, which means that the number of octaves is not as many as Western music.
