The difference between a health shop and a health center

In terms of concepts and models, health workshops and health centers are quite different.

Health workshops usually advocate the world’s original health care model, focusing on the integration of body and mind, nutrition and ecological environment. This means that health workshops not only focus on individual physical health, but also focus on broader aspects of health including environmental protection and ecological balance.

Health care centers usually use traditional health care methods, such as physiotherapy, etc., which focus mainly on the conditioning and recuperation of the individual body, and may not be able to solve the problem of treating the symptoms rather than the root cause.

In general, there are certain differences in concepts and models between health shops and health centers, but there is no essential difference. Which method to choose for health care needs to be decided based on personal needs and preferences.
