Luoyuan's "Three Ghosts"

There are not many snacks in Luoyuan, but each has its own characteristics. The most famous one is Luoyuan's scattered "ghosts".

Luoyuan's three "ghosts" are homophones of Luoyuan dialect. Does it sound a little cold? Hehe, don't be afraid. Please come with me.

The first "ghost" is the "sweet potato ghost". "Sweet potato" means sweet potato. How is the "sweet potato ghost" made? First, the sweet potato is cooked and mashed, then the mashed sweet potato paste is kneaded into a ball, and then a small ball is pressed into a round sweet potato skin. Then add shredded radish, shredded pork and so on. Put it on the sweet potato skin and knead it into the shape of jiaozi. Sometimes, there will be a dark green cake leaf cut into diamonds under it. Finally, steam in the pot. Although the "sweet potato ghost" looks a bit rustic, the aroma of the cake leaves and sweet potatoes and the oily smell of the stuffing will definitely make your nostrils expand, so that you can't help but take a bite, which is smooth but not greasy, and your lips and teeth remain fragrant.

The second kind of "ghost" is called "Dingnan ghost", which is a cone cake. The vendor first smeared a layer of powder on the slightly hot flat spoon, then added shredded radish, and finally smeared a layer of powder. Of course, it will be fried in a frying pan! Just out of the pot, "Dingnan Ghost" shines like a miniature alien flying saucer. The skin of "Dingnan Ghost" is crisp and delicious, and with the stuffing inside, gee, it's delicious. If you eat it together in a light cake, it will be another flavor.

This third ghost ... everyone knows that people eat it every morning! It is the famous "fried ghost", whose scientific name is fried dough sticks. One morning, I witnessed its birth: at breakfast, the master rubbed two pieces of dough of equal length into strips, pinched them together and put them in the oil pan. "Scratching", the oil pan played a fragrant morning song. After a while, the "fried ghost" came out, golden and transparent under the sunlight. The "fried ghost" is fragrant and crisp, and it crunches when bitten. I like to tear it in half and chew it right next to the pot. It is really exciting! Once, I killed several "fried ghosts" in a row, and the next day there were small bubbles on my mouth, which hurt when I touched them. Alas, "all delicious food brings fire"! However, who can resist the temptation of food and eat it as soon as it gets angry! "Fried ghost" must be eaten while it is hot. Once it is cold, it will be soft and lazy, and it will be greasy!

After listening to my introduction, is there a fire running in my heart? Then come to Luoyuan and try our three "ghosts" in Luoyuan.
