Present situation of land use in development zone

Shijiazhuang High-tech Industrial Development Zone is located in Shijiazhuang City, the capital of Hebei Province, and is divided into two regions: the East Zone is located in the east of the urban area and the West Zone is located in the southwest of the urban area. It is also one of the five bases recommended by the state and built by Shijiazhuang. Luquan Economic Development Zone in Hebei Province (hereinafter referred to as "Luquan Development Zone") is located at the junction of Shijiazhuang City, the capital of Hebei Province, and adjacent to Shi Huan Highway. It is 7 kilometers east of Shijiazhuang Railway Station, 4 kilometers west of Luquan Railway Station and 20 kilometers northeast of Shijiazhuang Civil Aviation Airport.

Luquan Economic Development Zone insists on taking electronic information and modern service industry as the leading factor, and matching the secondary and tertiary industries. At present, it has formed an industrial structure supported by four major industries: information industry, modern service area, medicine industry and light food industry. China Electronics Technology Group 13, 54, Zhujiang Beer Group, Hope Group, Hong Rui Group, Tianjin Jinding and many other well-known enterprises and scientific research units have successively settled in the development zone.
