Korean dough mixing method

1, prepare side dishes: 3 celery, half cucumber, a little minced garlic, 2 boiled eggs and a few slices of beef sauce;

4. In the pot, add minced meat and water according to the ratio of 100g minced meat to half a glass of water, cook with strong fire, and shovel minced meat with a shovel;

5. Pour cooking wine, soy sauce, a little sugar and a handful of garlic into the pot;

6. While cooking minced meat, prepare the seasoning for cold noodles. Chopped green onion and cooked sesame seeds, several spoonfuls of pickle juice, one spoonful of hot sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic and vinegar;

7. When the water in the minced meat in the pot is dry, turn off the fire and add the prepared seasoning and mix well;

8. After the noodles are cooked, it is cold water and mixed with minced meat sauce.
