How to apply for subsidies for small and micro enterprises

The application procedures for small and micro enterprises' entrepreneurship subsidies are as follows:

According to the regulations, small and micro enterprises that meet the requirements can apply for one-time entrepreneurship subsidies and one-time entrepreneurship post development subsidies, and they can apply for subsidies to the public employment service agencies at the same level in the place where their business licenses are registered from the next month after one year of normal operation.

The following materials are required when applying:

1. For the one-time start-up subsidy for small and micro enterprises, the original and photocopy of the following materials shall be provided, and the official seal of the enterprise shall be affixed:

(1) Business license (photocopy) and tax registration certificate (photocopy);

(2) legal person identity card;

(3) Detailed account of social insurance premium paid by enterprise legal person (single account) (1February);

(4) Financial statements of the enterprise;

(5) basic account opened by the bank;

(6) payroll (provided by enterprises with employees);

(7) An application form for one-time start-up subsidy for small and micro enterprises.

2, small and micro enterprises one-time entrepreneurship post development subsidies, need to provide the following materials and a copy of the original, and stamped with the official seal of the enterprise:

(1) Business license (photocopy) and tax registration certificate (photocopy);

(2) Financial statements of the enterprise;

(3) basic account opened by the bank;

(4) The list of persons to be employed and their ID cards, employment and entrepreneurship certificates or graduation certificates, and labor contracts;

(5) salary payment table;

(6) Details of social insurance premiums paid for employees (single) (continuous payment for more than 4 months);

(7) Application Form for One-time Development Subsidies for Small and Micro Enterprises and Roster of One-time Development Subsidies for Small and Micro Enterprises.
