The practice of cold spinach
Spinach, onion, ginger, garlic, mustard, soy sauce, rice vinegar, salt, sesame oil, coriander.
How to do it
1. Onion, ginger and garlic are cut into powder and put on a plate for later use;
2. Wash the spinach and boil the water in the pot;
3. Put the spinach in the water for two minutes, and then remove the water control;
4. Add onion, ginger and garlic to spinach and stir well;
5. Pour in salt, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil and mustard oil;
