The establishment and operation of the parking lot shall not interfere with residents' life and threaten public safety, and the parking lot must have proof materials of safety protection, environmental protection and fire control facilities and equipment.

Dangerous vehicles must be equipped with IC cards, and IC cards must be used to load and fill dangerous chemicals in this city. Dangerous vehicles must also be equipped with GPS driving recorder to better monitor and manage the driving route, driving speed, key monitoring and emergency rescue of dangerous vehicles.

The detailed rules also stipulate that road dangerous goods transport enterprises shall formulate emergency rescue plans for their own dangerous transport accidents to prevent dangerous goods from falling off, scattering, losing, burning, explosion, radiation and leakage, and carry out emergency rescue work quickly according to the requirements of the emergency rescue plan. In the process of transporting, loading and unloading dangerous goods, those who violate the relevant regulations and have a significant impact on society will have their dangerous goods transport licenses revoked, and relevant legal responsibilities will be investigated.
