The Origin and Development of Liouhe Mantis Fist

Mantis Fist has a reputation for being fast, powerful, versatile and highly technical. The three most influential styles of Mantis Fist today are "Seven Stars", "Plum Blossom" and "Six Harmonies". Though not widely spread, Liouhe Praying Mantis Fist is simple, practical and structured, forming a unique style that is highly regarded and valued by the martial arts community.
