Origin of the name Powafa
The word "Powa" is Tibetan, which means "relocation, moving". According to the view of Tibetan Buddhism: when a person dies, the breath of the whole body gradually collects, starting from the coldness of the hands and feet, and then in the heart. Finally, when the warmth in the heart is cut off, the whole body becomes stiff and cold, and the person dies. "Powa method" means to grasp the breath, move the heart and breath completely, and find joy in life at the same time. In Chinese, there is a similar word for "passion".
