Taiyuan City Civilized Behavior Promotion Regulations
Township people's governments and street offices shall do a good job of promoting civilized behavior in their own jurisdictions in accordance with the requirements of the higher-level people's governments and spiritual civilization construction work agencies.
Villagers' committees and residents' committees shall assist in the promotion of civilized behavior. Article 8 Enterprises, institutions, social groups and other organizations should combine their own practice, actively participate in the promotion of civilized behavior, and comply with the norms of civilized behavior.
