What do you mean by market distribution rate and market share?

Market distribution rate: refers to the number of retailers selling the company's products in the total number of target retailers suitable for product sales in the region, and the proportion of these retailers who have already distributed goods to the total number of target retailers is the distribution rate. There are two forms of distribution rate, namely quantitative index and weighted index. The specific indicators are calculated as follows: the quantity index of the distribution rate of a brand = the number of stores sold by a brand in this period/the number of all sample stores.

Weighted index of distribution rate of a brand = current sales of a brand/sales market share of this product in all sample stores: also called market share, it refers to the proportion of sales (or sales) of enterprises in similar products in the market. Market share refers to the market share of enterprise products, that is, the enterprise's ability to control the market. The continuous expansion of enterprise market share can enable enterprises to obtain some form of monopoly, which can not only bring monopoly profits but also maintain a certain competitive advantage. ?
