Methods and steps of making brown sugar

The preparation method and steps of brown sugar are as follows:

Materials/tools: ginger, brown sugar, water, bowl, knife, pot.

1. Slice ginger. This will help to remove impurities from syrup and give brown sugar a unique flavor.

2. Take a deep pot, pour a proper amount of water into the pot and add ginger slices. Turn the fire to medium-low and slowly boil the ginger flavor into the water.

3. Once the water starts to boil, add brown sugar. According to personal tastes and preferences, the amount of sugar can be appropriately increased or decreased. Stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved

4. Turn to low heat and continue to stir and boil. In this process, the consistency and color of syrup should be consistent. Be careful not to let the syrup boil for too long to avoid high concentration. When the syrup thickens and the color changes from transparent to dark brown, you can turn off the heat. The syrup at this time should have a strong brown sugar aroma.

5. Pour the cooked syrup into a bowl and let it cool naturally. During the cooling process, the syrup will gradually solidify to form brown sugar blocks. When the brown sugar is completely solidified, it can be cut into the appropriate size with a knife, so that the brown sugar is ready.
