What's the difference between alcohol and wine?
1, ethanol content:
Absolute alcohol contains 99.8% ethanol, ordinary alcohol also contains 96% ethanol, and the alcohol content of wine is generally between 29% and 60%, and there will never be a commodity containing 80% ethanol in wine.
2. Storage:
The better the wine, the worse the alcohol content, and the oxidation, esterification and association reactions will occur during the storage of wine to improve the quality.
Differences in drinking:
Alcohol can be drunk directly, but alcohol can't.
Good quality wine is generally afraid of being associated with alcohol. High-quality wine is generally brewed from pure grain, but it is alcoholic liquor that often pretends to be pure grain wine, and the cost is low. Moreover, few enterprises use grain to produce edible alcohol, and the cost of potato and molasses alcohol is much lower because the quality is worse.
This is also one of the subtle differences between wine and alcohol.
