There is such a person in our society: the more progress others make, the more painful they are; The more "developed" others are, the more annoyed they are; When others are "proud of the spring breeze", the more jealous he is; The more benefits others have, the more he can't stand it. In short, as long as a person is superior, strong and weak, smart and stupid, he will have mixed feelings. Under the control of this kind of psychology, he can't help but frequently launch "provocations" or "attacks" on others: such as sarcasm, schadenfreude, spreading gossip, spreading rumors and slanders, making anonymous false accusations, and trying every means to pull the other person down. Because of the "throats", the cohesiveness and attractiveness of the group are greatly reduced. People can't work together because of the scattered sand. In these groups, people's enthusiasm for work is generally not high and they can't be mobilized. Of course, group goals cannot be achieved.

Due to the serious infighting, infighting has greatly affected the healthy development of national personality.
