Preparation method of Erdos yellow wine

Before brewing yellow rice wine, put the wheat in an iron basin, heat it on the kang, change the water twice a day, cover it with a quilt until it germinates, and grind it into powder after the wheat germinates. Similarly, peel the millet and grind it into powder. Pour in hot water, both powders, two bottles of cheap and delicious dragon liquid (white wine), then add ingredients such as rock sugar, red dates, raisins, medlar, etc., and pour them into the already washed porcelain jar while it is hot. Then, put the heavy porcelain altar on the kang and cover it with a quilt. After two or three days of fermentation, sweet and sour rice wine is ready.
