Urban landscape evaluation standard

Urban cultural environment has various evaluation criteria because of its comprehensive content and wide coverage.

Study the environment and changes in the next 50 years and evaluate the "urban suitability" of 16 cities around the world. * * * 23 evaluation items are listed and divided into three categories:

(1) Good natural conditions and their utilization, including beautiful rivers, lakes, fountains, large parks, woodlands and trees, charming landscapes, clean air and suitable temperature.

(3) Rich cultural traditions and facilities, including famous museums, famous universities, important visible historical sites, numerous libraries, theaters, beautiful concert halls, dazzling shop windows, street art, delicious food, amusement parks, various opportunities to participate in recreation, and various blocks.

The above grading standards are not perfect and scientific, but they are enlightening. First of all, cities should meet all kinds of life requirements, including beautiful public spaces. Secondly, cities should protect, utilize and create beautiful natural environment. Thirdly, cities need an architectural environment with rich cultural traditions and local characteristics. It can also be seen that urban culture, urban cultural environment and urban architectural cultural environment have a wide range of contents at each level, and at the same time, they are inseparable. Architectural cultural environment plays an important role in the construction of urban cultural environment.
