The Artistic Inheritance of Liu School

After that, Xin Cuixia, Xian, six-year-old Tong Hong, Ma Shuhua, Wu Boli, Lu, Zhao, etc. were all deeply influenced by art, forming a strong lineup of Jinmen Pingju schools. Xin Cuixia, the second generation successor of Liu School who inherited the art, tried to imitate Master in her early singing, almost "confusing the fake with the real". After 1950s, in her long-term stage practice, she changed and developed her singing style many times according to her personal conditions and the audience's appreciation requirements, and constantly reformed and innovated, forming a personal singing style with colorful melody and changeable timbre. Wu Boli, a disciple of Xin Cuixia, is an outstanding successor and representative of the third generation of Pingju Liupai. His representative works include Beating a Dog to Persuade Her Husband, Legend of the White Snake, Qin Xianglian and Pearl Shirt.

Ma Shuhua studied under Song, Sun, Xin Cuixia, Xian, June Red, Gong Maiden Dan, Tsing Yi and Hua Dan, and won the seventh China Plum Blossom Award for Traditional Chinese Opera. On the basis of inheriting Liu School, she absorbed the essence of Love School and White School, and gradually formed her own style. She is an outstanding third-generation descendant of Liu School.

On June 65438+1October 65438+August, 2008, Ma Shuhua officially accepted Wang Yunzhu of Tianjin Pingju Theatre as the fourth generation of Pingju School.
