Are Cold Food Festival and Cold Clothes Festival festivals?

Not the same festival.

Cold Food Festival and Cold Food Festival are two different traditional festivals in China. The Cold Clothes Festival is held on the first day of the tenth lunar month every year, also known as the Autumn Festival of ancestor worship in October. On this day, people will burn their clothes to express their thoughts for their loved ones and send them warmth. The Cold Food Festival is from the winter solstice in the summer calendar 105, which is the day before Tomb-Sweeping Day. The activities of the Cold Food Festival originated from advocating the prohibition of smoking and cold food to commemorate abstinence, and gradually evolved into a festival focusing on ancestor worship. Therefore, although both Cold Food Festival and Cold Food Festival are related to meditation and ancestor worship, their time and significance are different.
