3, EPS board, XPS board paste construction

(1) point-and-frame bonding method: bonding mortar is painted around the extruded board with a width of about 50mm and a thickness of 5 mm to10 mm; There are 9 bonding points in the middle (8 or 3 points can be arranged according to the actual project), including 6 with a diameter of 80mm and a thickness of 10mm, 3 with a diameter of 100mm and a thickness of 10mm, with plum blossom arrangement, ensuring that the bonding area is not less than 40%. Leave a 50 mm wide vent on the side.

(2) Sticking method: on each standard board surface (with the size of 600mm× 1200mm), a layer of glue with the width of about 80mm is coated with a serrated human knife, the thickness of the glue is 5mm~8mm, and the spacing between the glue strips is about 80mm. It is necessary to ensure that the bonding area between polystyrene board and grassroots wall surface reaches more than 70%.

(3) Matters needing attention in bonding: After plastering with bonding mortar, EPS board and XPS board should be immediately pasted on the foundation wall and slid into place. When pasting, gently knead and evenly squeeze the mortar layer; In order to ensure the flatness of the board surface, the guiding rule with a length of not less than 2m shall be used for flattening operation at any time. The plates shall be placed horizontally, and each row of plates shall be staggered by 1/2 plate length. When sticking the board, the operation should be quick. Bonding mortar shall not be crusted before the extruded board is installed in place. Plate joints should be closely flush, and mortar should not be painted on the side of the plate, or bonding mortar should be squeezed to avoid cracking. When pasting pipes, the plates should be cut according to the shape of the site. The board must be firmly bonded to the wall surface without looseness or virtual adhesion. Gaps exceeding 2mm shall be packed and compacted with corresponding slats, and places with flat-fell seam height difference greater than 1.5mm shall be smoothed by sandpaper or special grinder. The uneven part of the board surface can only be smoothed with sandpaper after standing for at least 24 hours. The action of polishing the board surface should be a gentle circular motion, and the scattered debris should be cleaned up at any time.

(1) Plastering and embedding of steel grid cloth: polymer cement mortar should be evenly spread on the whole surface of insulation board, and steel grid cloth should be spread with it. Using twice plastering mortar method, the thickness of plastering layer should be 3 mm to 5 mm, and it should be uniform. Alkali-resistant mesh cloth should be placed horizontally and compacted; Can not have empty drum, fold, warping, exposure and other phenomena; All buried in the plaster layer, should not be naked. Do not lay alkali-resistant glass fiber grid cloth in the rain, and the cutting of alkali-resistant glass fiber grid cloth should be carried out in the warp and weft direction as far as possible. The alkali-resistant glass fiber grid cloth should overlap each other in the horizontal direction 100 mm and the vertical direction100 mm.

(2) Decorative joints and corners of doors and windows shall be constructed with local reinforcing nets. The angle of Yin and Yang should be wrapped from two sides to two directions, and the overlap width of Yin and Yang should be no less than 200mm, and the overlap width of Yin and Yang should be no less than 100mm. If doors, windows, vents and joints are made of different materials (distribution box, water pipes, etc.). ), should be laid before pasting 200mm wide turnover grid cloth, and steel grid cloth wrapped around the insulation board; A reinforced grid cloth should be pasted at the four corners of the hole, and the folded part of the grid cloth should be smoothed and sealed with polymer mortar.

(3) The alkali-resistant grid cloth should be pressed into the upper plastering layer; There shall be no dry adhesion between two layers of mesh cloth, the plastering thickness shall be covered on the mesh cloth and the outline of the mesh cloth can be seen slightly, and the surface layer shall not rub back and forth. Deformation joints should be treated with waterproof and heat insulation structure. After plastering mortar is completed, alkali-resistant glass fiber grid cloth should be left standing for at least 24 hours before the next working procedure can be carried out. In wet weather, the curing time should be appropriately extended.

12, EPS board cast-in-place concrete external wall insulation

(1) The width of EPS board should be 1.2m, and the height should be the height of the building. The spacing and depth of straight grooves on the back of EPS board should be 100mm and 10mm respectively. The anchor bolts shall be 10 mm. There shall be 2~3 anchor bolts per square meter, and there shall be no less than 5 anchor bolts on each EPS board.

(3) The wall concrete shall be poured and cast in layers, and the height of layers shall be controlled within 500mm; It is forbidden to feed the pump pipe directly to the EPS board, and the vibrating rod shall not touch the EPS board. After the wall bushing is removed, plug the hole with hard cement mortar; The holes of EPS board are plugged with similar materials, and the length extending into the wall is not less than 50mm;; The local unevenness on the surface of EPS board shall be repaired and leveled with rubber powder EPS particle thermal insulation slurry, and the thickness of the repaired and leveled part shall not be greater than 10 mm.

13, EPS steel wire mesh plate cast-in-place concrete external wall insulation

(1) The width of EPS steel wire mesh frame plate shall be 1.2m, and the height shall be the building height. EPS steel wire mesh frame plate shall be obliquely inserted with 100~200 web steel wires per square meter. The off-welding of the oblique insertion belly line shall not exceed 3%, and the protruding part passing through the EPS board shall not be less than 30 mm. Within the length range of 3000mm, the EPS board shall be butted at no more than two places, and the butted parts shall be firmly bonded with polystyrene glue.

(3) The thickness of thick plastering layer (starting from the upper surface of convex groove) should not be greater than 30mm. The groove of EPS board should be filled with anti-crack mortar, and the plastering layer should be covered with steel wire mesh and plate anchor, and anti-crack measures should be taken. Thick coating plastering should be carried out in stages, and should be maintained under the condition of alternating dry and wet. When the anti-crack mortar must leave the construction joint, a stepped slope should be adopted.

(1) The type of mechanically fixed EPS steel wire mesh plate is not suitable for aerated concrete and lightweight aggregate concrete base. EPS single-sided steel wire mesh frame plate should be inserted into the plate with a depth of not less than 35mm and an unperforated thickness of not less than 15mm. The insertion angle of abdominal silk should be consistent, and the error should not be greater than 3.

(2) The base should be solid and flat, and the wall protrusions should be removed and flat. When mechanically fixing the EPS steel wire mesh frame plate, support members should be set layer by layer, and the support members should be fixed on the structural members. The width of EPS steel wire mesh plate should be 1.2m, and the height should be the height of the building. The upper and lower plates should be staggered, and the stagger width is 1/2 plate width; Vertical joints between adjacent plates shall be bound with galvanized iron wire to connect steel mesh. When the wire mesh is fixed with embedded anchor bars, the length of the wire mesh exposed from the end of the steel bar should be 120~ 150mm, and the part of the anchor bar exposed from the wall should be treated with anti-corrosion; After the plate is installed, the exposed anchor bars will be bent and pressed on the steel wire mesh and bound with galvanized iron wire. When fixing the steel mesh with the network card, firstly, dig holes on the board according to the location and size of the network card, then fix the network card on the wall with metal anchor bars and fasten the steel mesh, and finally fill the holes with EPS board.

15. Thermal spraying rigid foam polyurethane external wall insulation

On-site spraying rigid foam polyurethane consists of rigid foam polyurethane insulation layer, thin plastering layer and coating finishing layer; Hard foam polyurethane is sprayed on site to form an insulation layer on the base, and the gypsum is covered with alkali-resistant mesh cloth. According to the thickness of the sprayed rigid foam polyurethane, a construction work surface can be sprayed in several times, and the thickness of each time should be 10 mm ~ 15 mm, and the construction work surface on that day must be continuously sprayed on the same day.
