How to improve the welding efficiency of spot welding machine

There are three main ways to train employees in welding efficiency:

First, the foot method

1. Put the wire directly under the welding head, control the welding head to move up and down, then stop, press the wire without triggering, and practice from the slowest speed to the fastest speed.

2. Press and hold the above method to practice, pause after the welding head presses the wire, and then apply force to the welding head to trigger ignition. Practice line pressing and forced welding repeatedly after proficiency to achieve fluency.

3. For the tilted wire, practice pressing the tilted wire on the pad with the welding head.

Second, skills.

1. Put your elbow on the table, keep your palm naturally raised, and quickly move the product under the welding head through the cooperation of two index fingers bending and palm swinging, and practice taking out the product quickly. When the platform is not close to the welding head, it can move quickly, and when it reaches the bottom of the welding head to match the alignment position, it can slow down.

2. If there is an auxiliary stick or clip in the right hand, when moving the product, put the auxiliary stick between the thumb and forefinger, and between the middle finger and the ring finger. When in use, it can be quickly changed to pass between thumb and forefinger and between forefinger and middle finger by jumping middle finger.

Third, eyesight.

1. Observe the position of the lowest point of solder joint on the screen, remember this position, and move the solder joint of the product to this position.

Practice hand operation on the platform, look at the screen when moving, and look at the product platform with the product.

2. Understand the visual difference before and after the welding head. The wire should pass through the middle of the bottom of the welding head. What you see on the screen seems to be that the wire passes behind the welding head.

3 slowly put your head close to the welding head and observe for yourself. Align the wire so that it passes through the middle of the bottom of the horn. Don't move after pressing the line with your foot. Look up at the monitor, remember that the line on the screen passes through the middle position of the bottom of the welding head, keep this scene in mind, and then align the line according to this situation.
