Is there a recipe for a cake with very few eggs, or no eggs at all

Ingredients ?

Flour 220g

Baking powder 8g

Milk 250g

Vegetable oil 50g

Sugar 100g

Salt (optional) 1-2g

Dried fruits 30-80g

Dice the dried fruit and set aside.

Mix flour and baking powder and sift.

Pour sugar, oil and salt into the milk and mix well.

Pour the dried fruit and milk mixture into the flour and stir until there are no large particles.

Pour into the mold (I use 8 inch square baking pan lined with greaseproof paper)

Oven about 170-180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes.

Take it out, let it cool and cut it into pieces.

Tips

1. Salt can be left out, according to personal needs.
