Fold the paper in the center on the table as shown in the picture.

Open the paper again, use a ruler to draw dots in the center fold, the distance between the dots is determined by yourself, and it should be even, then turn the paper across, and draw a horizontal line centered on each dot as shown in the image.

Fold the paper in half again according to the original fold, and start cutting along the drawn lines, as shown in the image.
