How do enterprises use lean production to realize cost control?

(2) Strengthen material management. Organize relevant personnel to regularly check the material management and warehouse storage of each workshop, and combine regular inventory with irregular spot checks to ensure that certificates, accounts and materials are consistent and avoid material loss. At the same time, supervise the flow of materials, implement the quota acquisition system, and return the remaining materials in time to prevent loss, destruction or damage. The management of special materials should be responsible to people to avoid waste caused by misappropriation.

(3) Avoid idle waste of resources. Depreciation caused by idle waste of resources and product backlog is also one of the main factors of high cost. The modern management system of enterprises should create conditions for making full use of resources and rationally planning inventory.
