The Three Wise Men Academy is dedicated to the inheritance and innovation, practice and experience of excellent traditional Chinese culture, and is a comprehensive platform for teaching, academic research, cultural exchanges, book publishing, cultural and creative product development and operation, and cultural and artistic exhibitions and displays. The founding philosophy of the academy is "to establish a heart for heaven and earth, to establish a life for the people, to carry on the great learning for the saints of the past, and to establish peace for the world". The academy is headed by Master Nebula as the general advisor, Mr. Le Daiyun as the advisor, Professors Rao Zongyi, Du Weiming, Lou Yulie, Ren Falong, Chen Gouying and Xu Xiaoyue as the honorary deans, Peking University Professor Wang Shouchang, President of the Chinese Culture Academy as the President, and the founding President and permanent honorary President, Mr. Tang Yijie.

The academy employs more than one hundred professors and scholars from Peking University, Tsinghua University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Nanjing University, Shandong University, Zhejiang University, Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and other organizations, as well as from Hong Kong, Taiwan, and overseas, as tutors. The academy is centered on traditional Chinese culture, and has set up different dimensions of courses on "Heaven, Earth, and Humankind", "Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism", "Chinese, Western, and Indo-Chinese" based on the philosophical system of Mr. Tang Gongyi Jie, which has attracted elite students from various industries to study Chinese studies here.
