Exterior wall tiles are characterized by durability, bright color, easy cleaning, fire prevention, waterproof, wear resistance and corrosion resistance, and low maintenance cost. But the high cost and low work efficiency are very important. It is mainly used for exterior wall decoration of buildings, which can not only prevent the surface of buildings from being eroded by the atmosphere, but also make the facade beautiful.
(2) Glazed interior wall tiles
Glazed interior wall tiles are also called glazed tiles, ceramic tiles and interior wall tiles. It is mainly dehydrated and dried by fine grinding mud, semi-dry pressed, glazed after plain firing, or glazed in a kiln, or glazed and fired at one time. The main differences between glazed interior wall tiles and exterior wall tiles are as follows: ① glazed interior wall tiles are fine ceramics, and the clay used and the manufacturing process are superior to those of exterior wall tiles; (2) The exterior wall tiles are mostly rectangular, and the interior wall tiles are mostly square, with a thin thickness, generally below 8mm, generally 5-7 mm; (3) All the surfaces of interior wall tiles are glazed, and some exterior wall tiles are not glazed.
Its glaze color can be divided into monochrome (including white) bricks, colored bricks and patterned bricks. According to the front shape of glazed interior wall tiles, there are square, rectangular and special-shaped attached tiles.
Glazed interior wall tiles are mostly used for decoration of kitchens, toilets, bathrooms, barbershops, corridors, interior wall skirts, etc. , and can also be used for outdoor facing with high requirements, which plays a protective role for the whole building and has the functions of heat insulation and sound insulation:
(3) glazed ceramic floor tiles
Unglazed ceramic floor tiles are also called unglazed tiles, unglazed tiles, floor tiles and floor tiles. It is a product made of high-quality porcelain clay as the main raw material, mixed with one or more colored spray materials (monochromatic fine particles), punched and fired. This processing can be divided into polishing and non-polishing. The water absorption rate of unglazed bricks is low, generally unglazed porcelain bricks, unglazed stoneware bricks and unglazed fine stoneware bricks.
Glazed porcelain tiles are magnificent and suitable for indoor and outdoor floor and wall decoration in shopping malls, hotels, playgrounds, conference halls and exhibition halls. Glazed stoneware and stoneware bricks are wear-resistant bricks specially used for paving roads.
(4) Colored glazed ceramic wall and floor tiles

(5) Decorative glazed tiles
Decorative glazed tiles, also known as decorative glazed tiles, have the performance of glazed tiles, and are glazed tiles with artistic decorative effects such as embossed flowers and marble on the surface. Decorative glazed tiles are divided into glazed tiles, crystalline glazed tiles, striped glazed tiles and marble glazed tiles according to their surface characteristics. The commonly used sizes are 108mm× 108mm×5mm,152Ra m×152Ra m× 5mm, etc. Or they are manufactured according to an agreement between the supplier and the buyer. Glazed tiles are characterized by mutual penetration of color and glaze color, dry patterns and good decorative effect. Crystalline glaze brick is a crystal flower with rich and colorful texture. Striped glazed tiles are characterized by colorful surface glaze. Marble glazed tiles are characterized by natural marble patterns, rich colors and elegant appearance. This kind of brick is generally used for interior and exterior wall decoration.
(6) Porcelain brick
Porcelain brick is also called homogeneous brick and monolithic brick. This kind of brick has high sintering temperature and good porcelain degree; The water absorption is less than 0.5%, and the hygroscopic expansion is extremely small. High flexural strength, wear resistance, acid and alkali resistance, no discoloration and long service life. -15 ~ 20℃ freeze-thaw cycle for 20 times without visible defects. This kind of brick is used as an unglazed tile (including polished tiles) for decorative protection of building walls and floors, or as a glazed tile with water absorption not more than 1% for building wall decoration.
(7) Ceramic mosaic
Ceramic mosaic, commonly known as "mosaic", is a small piece of ceramic tile made of high-quality porcelain clay with a long side less than 50 mm. There are two kinds of ceramic mosaics: glazed tiles and unglazed tiles. At present, most mainstream products are unglazed. The specifications of ceramic tiles are small, so it is very difficult to paste them directly. Therefore, before leaving the factory, the product M is stuck on kraft paper according to various patterns (the front is stuck on paper), and each kraft paper product is a "couplet". There are four kinds of side lengths: 284mm, 295mm, 305mm and 325 mm. Using small tiles with basic shapes, each couplet can be collaged into varied mosaic patterns to form continuous pattern decoration.
Ceramic mosaic tiles are beautiful, non-absorbent, non-slip, wear-resistant, acid-resistant, fireproof and frost-resistant. Ceramic tiles are small in size and not easy to crush, and can be used for indoor wall decoration, such as environmental wall engineering such as bathroom, kitchen and sanitation. Ceramic tiles can also be used for interior and exterior wall decoration, and can be embedded into ceramic murals with high artistic value to improve their decorative effect and enhance the durability of buildings. Due to the diversity of materials and colors, ceramic mosaics are rich in combination patterns, which provides a good space for interior designers to exert their creativity.
(8) Acid-resistant brick
Acid-proof brick is also called ceramic acid-proof brick and acid-proof ceramic brick. It is a kind of ceramic tile with good acid resistance. Acid-resistant bricks are divided into three types according to water absorption: L type (water absorption is less than or equal to 0.5%), 2 type (water absorption is less than or equal to 2.0%) and 3 type (water absorption is less than or equal to 4.0%); According to the working face of brick, there is glazed surface (code Y) plain surface (does not mean there is no glazed surface); According to the shape, there are standard bricks, side wedge bricks, section wedge bricks and flat bricks. According to the appearance quality, it is divided into two grades: first-class product and qualified product. Acid-resistant bricks are characterized by compact structure, good acid and alkali resistance, smooth surface, various shapes and wide application range. Suitable for lining of reaction tanks, anti-corrosion containers, grooves and other facilities and decoration of acid-resistant floors.
(9) Ceramic partition brick
Split brick, also known as split brick or split brick, is a kind of architectural decorative tile, which is used for interior and exterior wall or ground decoration. It uses feldspar, Yingshi, kaolin and other ceramic raw materials. Wet green body with good plasticity is made by dry or wet crushing and mixing, then it is extruded by vacuum screw extruder into hollow green body with two sides connected by thin ribs, then it is cut, dried and sintered at a high temperature above 1 100℃, and then it is divided into two pieces along the weak connection part of ribs by manual or mechanical methods.
Split bricks can be divided into smooth bricks and rough bricks according to the roughness of the surface. The former has fine body particles and smooth and delicate product surface, while the latter has coarse particles and prominent surface particles and pits. According to the purpose, it can be divided into two kinds: wall brick and floor tile; According to the surface shape, it can be divided into plane brick and special-shaped brick.
(10) vitrified brick
Vitrified brick, also known as glass fossil, porcelain vitrified brick and porcelain colored tire brick, is a new type of high-grade wall and floor tile, which makes the molten components in the brick become glassy at a high temperature above 1230℃ and has a bright and beautiful texture like glass. The surface of vitrified brick can be divided into two kinds: plane and relief, frosted and polished.
The colors of vitrified bricks are mostly red, yellow, blue, gray, green, brown and other light primary colors, with delicate texture, soft and shiny colors, elegant and natural; Polycrystalline granite series is shaped like granite pattern, with noble, rich and eternal taste; Dream marble series is modeled after natural marble patterns, but it can be confused. The water absorption of vitrified brick is less than 65438 0%, and the flexural strength is more than 27MPa, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, cold and heat resistance and frost resistance.
