Then, stir with a glass rod, the powder becomes white flocculent when it meets water and then slowly dissolves, usually need to wait for 24 hours.
Step 2: Prepare the paint. Drop different colors of paint from the bottle into the glass according to your creative design.
Step 3: Pour the liquid paint into the paint pot, dip the horsehair brush into the purple paint, and then hold the brush and tap your finger several times to make the paint drop onto the surface of the liquid, and the paint will spread slowly (it will not mix with the liquid). In the same way, use the horsehair brush to dip the blue color into the paint and let the paint drip down onto the surface of the paint.
Step 4: Begin painting with the painting spine. You can stroke down from the top left of the paint in the form of the letter Z, and then from the top left of the paint in the form of the letter N to the right.
Step 5: Drop the red paint into the cup, dip the cone into the paint and dot it on the surface of the liquid; slowly spread the paint and dip it again, dotting it in the same place, until the spread is the right size for your design.
Step 6: Begin painting the flowers. Use the painting cone to draw from top to bottom, bottom to top, left to right, and right to left to the center of the circle so that the red paint takes the shape of a flower. Then, finish the remaining flowers in the same way.
Step 7: Lay the painting paper. Lay the paper flat on the surface of the painting liquid and press the curled edges of the paper with your fingers to flatten them and expel the air, making sure that all of the paint is topstitched underneath the paper.
Step 8: Paint. Pinch the bottom edge of the paper with both hands and pull the paper up along the edge of the pot, using the edge of the pot to scrape off excess paint.
Step 9: Dry. Put the water top painting in a ventilated place to dry, after about 2 hours, a beautiful water top painting is finished.
