Which nation is dying?
As far as the number of ethnic groups is concerned, although some ethnic groups in China are extremely small, the state has some preferential policies. As long as there is no genocide in the future, ethnic groups with extremely small numbers will not die out.
Foreign, forget it.
Manchu in China has been listed as an extinct nation, and its culture, traditions and festivals have been sinicized.
Other ethnic minorities in Northeast China, such as Ewenki and Oroqen, are also dying out.
There are also some national cultures dying out in southwest China.
Although judging from the population and current ethnic policies, these ethnic groups will not die out.
Culturally, however, these ethnic struggles are gradually becoming a vassal of China culture.
As for foreign ones, I'm really sorry. I looked a lot, but I couldn't find anything specific.
