I'm going to do an educational internship in Jiaxing from October to November, and I'd like to ask about the general conditions there

1. October is basically the most comfortable month of the year, with temperatures ranging from 15-25 degrees, not too cold and not too hot. However, there is a temperature difference between morning and evening. You can wear jeans underneath, a shirt on top, and a jacket, so you won't freeze for sure. Of course you can also bring another fleece undershirt or something to maneuver around.

2. The security situation is generally quite good. The big ones, such as armed robbery and extortion, are seldom heard of, but you can't take them lightly, and thieves are still heard of from time to time. Especially on public transportation, you need to pay special attention to protect your belongings.

3. Transportation, Jiaxing is a plain area, urban and rural integration development is better, the traffic is quite developed. North Normal University Nanhu attached middle school in Nanhu New District, the school building is newer, surrounded by medium and high-grade residential areas, there are special bus stops, to reach the city center is still very convenient.

4. Compared with Shanghai and Hangzhou, Jiaxing prices are quite cheap, but there seems to be no affordable snack bar near the school, if the school has a cafeteria will be more cost-effective. Buy daily necessities can go to large supermarkets, nearby residential areas have supermarkets free shuttle bus stops.

5. There are still a lot of fun places to go downtown. There is a tourist bus line, the city's scenic spots are strung together, you can look carefully one by one. There are South Lake, Southwest Lake, Fan Li Lake Park, Meiban Street, Moon River Scenic Spot and so on. Internship is still quite busy, the suburbs of those attractions can be first disregarded. In addition, Jiaxing's greenery is very good, the whole city is like a big park, you can find a place to walk and work out.
