In September, 2023, the rematch and final of the 10th "Little Celebrity of Chinese Studies" Chinese Classic Reading TV Competition in Heze City was held successively in the Municipal Library and the Science Park of Heze University in China Academy of Art. The event was hosted by Heze Civilization Office, Heze Municipal Commission for Work, Heze Municipal Committee of the Communist Youth League, Heze Women's Federation, Heze Education Bureau and Heze Radio and Television Station.

The competition has many links, such as preliminary, semi-final and final. There are two parts in the semi-final contest: written test and oral test. During the oral examination, the contestants went on stage one by one, recited their favorite poems and explained the reasons. After the judges and teachers scored, the players in the middle school group and the primary school group 10 advanced to the final.

The final is divided into three stages: question and answer, flying flower confrontation and Jedi counterattack to test the players' understanding and application of China classics. Topics include classics, poetry, folk etiquette, a hundred schools of thought contend and China Encyclopedia. After school selection and county competitions, 62 primary and secondary school students competed in the same field, and finally decided to win the first, second and third prizes in the middle school group and the primary school group.
