1. Spraying of the first primer: For spraying, preparation is often very important. If we can make clear the key points of operation and the precautions for defects before operation, then the next step can be carried out more efficiently. In this regard, it is necessary to apply advanced primer before painting. This can better fill the sand mark micropores at the bottom of the workpiece, increase the adhesion of the lower coating, and also clearly indicate some defects.

2. Primer painting: Primer painting is a very important part of painting. In order to better guarantee the quality and stability of topcoat, primer painting must be done well. In this regard, it is necessary to prepare a smooth and complete working face and appropriately increase the adhesion of the access layer to ensure the quality of the top coat.

3. Paint coating: Paint coating is usually divided into single-layer coating and multi-layer coating. Single-layer paint is usually called plain paint, which is used to determine the color and play a protective role. Multi-layer paints are divided into silver powder series paints and pearlescent series paints, which need to be painted in layers during operation. Multi-layer paints often have better stability and more comfortable appearance, and are suitable for some colorful decorative paints. It should be noted that the topcoat part requires relatively high spraying quality, and it must be done in one go, which can often achieve better painting effect.
