Basque cheese cake
Formula:
255g cream cheese, 50g sugar, 2 whole eggs, yolk 1, whipped cream 155g, corn starch 10g.
Exercise:

3. Add whipped cream and mix well.
4. Add corn starch and stir well.
5. Sieve again and pour into a 6-inch mold covered with oil paper.

7. Refrigerate for 3 hours after baking.
