What are the specialties of Hengyang?
Hengyang's specialty foods include: fried Toona sinensis rolls, pickled peppers, golden bull's feet, fish meal, Zhajiang "fake mutton", sea eggs, Hengdong local dishes, Hengyang fish balls, Zhajiang rice noodles and so on. Hengyang is one of the prefecture-level cities in Hunan Province. Located in the south of China and south-central Hunan Province, it is an important member of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River, a sub-central city in Hunan Province and a political, economic, military and cultural center in southern Hunan.
