Color collocation in textile art design

Textiles, especially printed textiles, have many different shades. Strong colors should be contrasted and coordinated, which is the key to color matching. The commonly used methods are: ① master the main color, adjust the area in the pattern color matching, so that a large area is dominant, such as a little red in the evergreen tree, that is, green is dominant, the big place is unified, the small place is contrasted, and the comparison is unified to make the main color clear. (2) Pay attention to the proportion of light and shade, adjust the lightness and purity, make the main flower bright and dark, the light bright and the backlight dark, distinguish between primary and secondary, and make the flower clear and soft. (3) Master the relationship between colors, such as red as the main flower, with Chou-heung green to make it harmonious. ④ Hue transition, such as the contrast between red and green, can be combined with intermediate colors in the color wheel, such as orange or yellow-green transition, so as to achieve gorgeous and harmonious colors. ⑤ Contrast tones with black and white intervals, such as black lines crossing the edges of flowers and leaves, or leaving gaps (but not too much) between them, which can ease or strengthen the contrast and play a role in stabilizing and setting off.
