The initial training is "standing still" to make the upper body loose and heavy, and the strength of musculoskeletal naturally stretches straight and turns light. This is a name that promotes rigidity to get rid of stupidity. Internal qi naturally gathers in the abdomen and the sea is soft, that is, the beginning of internal strength strengthening, with the criterion of mastering "insufficient form and qi" The standing horse pile is distinguished by the different stages of the scene kung fu in the standing horse pile, which has the kung fu effects of easy gas, easy shape, easy tendon, easy bone and easy marrow. The stiffness, pain, acid, tiredness, weakness and fatigue gradually disappear when looking up from "Ma bu" or horse stance just look. At this time, one breath runs through, and the foundation of a whole-body kung fu is laid. More often, the internal qi gathers in the abdomen and reaches the fur itself, and the fur gathers in the bones, which is refreshing and refreshing. Once you get to the bone, you will feel calm and refreshed. This is the beginning of Mu Yi Kung Fu, and you have completed the artistic foundation of peerless Kung Fu.
